The first Erasmus+ mobility in Konya, Türkiye, was filled with educational workshops, collaborative activities, and inspiring experiences focused on inclusion, creativity, and teamwork.
The first mobility took place from January 12, 2025, to January 16, 2025. It took place in Konya, Turkey.
It was an incredibly intense and inspiring experience, full of educational activities, integration, and exploration of Turkish culture.
The first day began with students presenting their schools, providing an excellent opportunity to get to know each other and exchange experiences. Participants then visited the partner school and participated in their first project activities. One of the most engaging parts of the program was an educational „treasure hunter” game, which combined learning, collaboration, and great fun.
The second day of the mobility was equally eventful. Participants began with a ceramics workshop, where the children sculpted clay, created origami, and worked with wood. The group then went on a tour of the charming town of Sille. After a lunch break, everyone returned to Konya, where they visited the Bicycle Museum. We invite you to watch a video of the workshop visit: Watch the video.
The third day was full of unique experiences. Students from Poland, Italy, and Turkey participated in school activities, creating stories about environmental protection. They also had the opportunity to listen to a musical performance by a Turkish student. Interestingly, although schools in Konya were officially closed that day due to snowfall and icy roads, the project participants were specially invited to continue their activities.
A certificate award ceremony was also held that day by the Turkish Minister of Education. In the afternoon, the group visited the Konya Science Center, where they participated in workshops on internet safety and coping with a drinking water shortage. The students made their own water purification filters, gaining valuable practical skills.
The mobility concluded with a joint project review. Participants unanimously emphasized that the knowledge gained, new experiences, and friendships forged were the most valuable outcomes of this international exchange.
